Backed by a state-of-the-art blasting and paint booth operation, integrated truck scales, and our dedicated freight fleet, we maintain quality control, production efficiency, and streamlined delivery from fabrication through final steel placement on-site.

The Amerities South project showcases our ability to manage extreme-scale site preparation and complex industrial footprints. Our team self-performed over 1,000,000 cubic yards of earthwork and delivered 300,000+ square foot of pre-engineered metal buildings. Anchored by drilled-pier foundations and integrated with specialty mechanical and electrical systems, we provide total site control from the first grade to the final commissioning.

The Dole/Chiquita Warehouse demonstrates SIC’s ability to execute massive, multi-disciplinary industrial projects. Featuring 300,000 square foot of structural steel with 80-foot eave heights, the facility is anchored by 2,700 high-capacity concrete pilings reaching depths of 102 feet. From advanced refrigeration systems and 108 overhead doors to a dedicated 1,300 LF rail loading dock and a 3-story administration building, we deliver turnkey industrial assets built for high-volume performance.
